2. Product Information & Availability
All products listed are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors or manufacturers. Product images are for reference only. While we aim to keep our catalog accurate and up-to-date, errors in product details or availability may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to incorrect information or out-of-stock items.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via secure gateways including major credit cards, and Interac e-Transfer.
Full payment is required before an order is processed or shipped.
4. Shipping Policy
We offer shipping services across Canada only. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days based on product availability, and delivery times vary based on location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. PO Box addresses are not valid. Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries will be borne by the customer.
Shipping delays due to weather, carriers, or supply chain issues are beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Certain items (used equipment, special orders, clearance, accessories) are non-returnable.
Restocking fees (10–15%) may apply.
6. Warranty
All equipment sold by Greenway Limited comes with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must follow the terms set by the respective manufacturer.
Greenway Limited does not provide additional warranty unless clearly stated on the product page.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. In case of cancellation, refunds (minus transaction fees) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
